While I’m been abroad I am working on expanding my cooking repertoire, and am trying new recipes! The most difficult thing is probably working with a limited kitchen–not as many tools. Even simple things like measuring spoons I don’t have at the moment, so am making it up as I go along!
First, a simple Paneer Curry that I combined two recipes to make for dinner. Simple, quick, and very tasty with a side of rice!
Next up, a thai-inspired stir fry that I made to get rid of all the various vegetables in our fridge that happened to be a day away from going bad, all at once. Spicy, sweet, and delicious!
